"I draw everyday in a sketchbook freely. Its like a journal to me. Sometimes i find images that interest me, those times i want to evolve them into a painting.
When i work on a small scale i usually draw the image on the canvas with a pencil and then work with oil painting. Stuff that works as a drawing usually dont work the same as a painting so i need to change subject and composition to fit a certain atmosphere that im looking for. Conveying an atmosphere is the most important thing for me."
