Halfdan Venlov
Halfdan Venlov (b. 1994) works with traditional photographic techniques, developing and hand-printing his work in his private darkroom in Copenhagen. For the group show Speed Trials Venlov has stepped away from the camera and created a series of vividly coloured photograms referencing popular symbols. With the use of a color darkroom enlarger, Venlov exposes lightsensitive paper to different filtrations, creating colours that brings to mind those of a church mosaic window.
