Georg Nordmark
Georg Nordmark’s practice examines the concept of ‘behavioural enrichment,’ i.e., objects designed for captive animals to evoke and stimulate behaviors inhibited by their confinement. By appropriating and refining these forms and concepts, Nordmark creates sculptural work that explores agency, movement, and control with a distinct tragicomic bluntness.
